**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Design **end-to-end software architectures** that are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
- Provide technical **leadership and guidance** to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Evaluate and recommend** tools, technologies, and frameworks for use in projects.
- **Review code, conduct technical assessments**, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Define system **integration strategies** and oversee API designs and data flows.
- Create and maintain **architecture documentation**, standards, and guidelines.
- **Mentor**team members and contribute to continuous technical improvement across the organization.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- **Minimum 7+ years** of software development experience.
- **At least 2-3 years** of experience in a Technical Architect or Senior Technical Lead role.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of system design, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java,.NET, Python, Node.js).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) is a plus.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate across multiple teams.
