**JOB OVERVIEW**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in English

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 7 years of experience in.NET development, with a strong focus on WPF
- Proficient in C#, MVVM architecture, and XAML
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
- Experience with third-party libraries and tools (e.g., Telerik, DevExpress)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
