**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee cloud administration tasks, ensuring optimal performance and security of Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of cloud environments through proactive monitoring and incident resolution.
- Implement and maintain Azure governance policies, cost management strategies, and security best practices.
- Optimize cloud resources and costs by evaluating and implementing performance improvements.
- Develop and enforce cloud automation strategies using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies such as ARM templates and Terraform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy cloud solutions that meet business and operational needs.
- Lead incident response and problem management activities, including root cause analysis and preventive measures.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive cloud documentation, policies, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to cloud security and data protection.
- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting complex Azure issues and optimizing cloud architecture.
- Implement disaster recovery and backup solutions for business continuity.
- Optimize cloud networking solutions, including VPNs, ExpressRoute, and Azure Firewall.
- Develop performance benchmarking and capacity planning strategies for cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cloud administration with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
- Strong expertise in Azure services including Virtual Machines, Azure AD, Networking, Security, Storage, and Monitoring.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM templates.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud security principles, identity management, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal English skills are required for effective communication and collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to document cloud architectures, operational procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi-cloud strategies.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
- Experience with serverless computing and microservices architecture.
