**Job Summary**
- Support for incidents, service requests, and change requests.
- When on call, provides timely response and resolution of emergency production questions, issues, and defects
- Adheres to a production support process.
- Transfer business to the development team.
- Managing day-to-day operations.
- Verify issues are escalated by the first level (Helpdesk team)
- Interacting with customers and other stakeholders answering questions, and resolving issues.
- Identifying ways to improve customer experiences.
- Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Overseeing the operations team and assigning tasks.
- Tracking and reporting on operational performance.
- Maintaining policy and procedure documents.

**Role Requirements**
- Language Ability/PC Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, and related fields.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques.
- Basic experience (writing, testing) in programming languages
- English is preferable. Oracle or SQL Microsoft is preferable
- Studious, the ability to adapt with change are a plus.
- General insurance background would be an advantage.
