- As Investment Manager, the incumbent will directly report to Director of Vietnam Operations. The Investment Manager will be based in Saigon
- .Task discription:
Main duties:

- Originate deals and create pipelines for the north or south of Vietnam
- Conduct deal structuring negotiations with investees in close collaboration with the analysts and lawyers as well as with potential co
- or partner investors.
- Provide assistance as necessary to the Director of Portfolio Management in regard to monitoring and reporting on the performance and implementation of the investments.
- Contribute to the business development efforts, including observing/researching the market and establishing partnerships.
- Perform other tasks, as required by the CEO or other Directors of company, under the approval of Director Investment Deal.
- Ensure the strict observation of company corporate policies, establish and maintain the highest possible standards of ethics.

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree with distinction /master degree in financial/business/accounting
- Demonstrated successful business development/ marketing experience in financial service sector (fund management experience preferred).
- Must have extensive investment experience in Vietnam in private equity, pre-IPO companies, and OTC / listed securities
- Strong analytical, planning, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and excellent command of English
- Ability to develop and maintain professional and personal relationships with senior managers with enterprises.
- Willingness to travel.
