IT Recruiter

**Location**: Tân Bình, HCMC
- Modify job advertisement to ensure its matching with recruitment requirement
- Do job posting internally and externally
- Collect, classify, store incoming CVs
- Screen and select CVs following the job requirement
- Prepare room, laptop, relating stuffs for test, interview
- Do test scoring following the given answers
- Prepare recruitment statistic reports following recruitment process
- Support in organizing recruitment events (at universities and service partner sites)
- Input data for recruitment system
- Prepare stuffs to receive newcomer
- Do action on work demand by BOD/Supervisors, even that work request is not described in the Job Description

**Requirements**:
EDUCATION: College/Bachelor

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCES
- Over 5 years experience in Recruitment/Headhunt IT field.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
- Strong recruiting and networking skills.
- Good at spoken & written English.
- Ability to think out of the box and take initiative in the tasks assigned.
- High sense of service, and responsibility, having a positive & can-do attitude, and focusing on solutions & results.
- Desire to work in the Technology industry and dynamic environment with a high adaptation level.
- Be enthusiastic to impact, mentor, and up-skill colleagues in the HR&GA team

LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Proficient in English
- Other Preferred Qualifications:

- Japanese skill is a plus

**Working hour**: Monday - Friday (8:00 - 17:00 flexible 30 minutes; 5 days/week)

**Salary**: Up to 40,000,000₫ per month
