As a Performance Marketing Executive in our team, you will:

- Identify key trends and tools in performance marketing and social media marketing in order to develop effective digital approaches.
- Manage and optimize campaigns from various networks including Apple Search Ads, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, and other big Ads Networks such as AdColony, Vungle, Iron Source
- Track budget, ad expense, and ROI of all digital campaigns.
- Conduct App Store Optimization by continuous storefront testing.
- Analyze data about user behavior and app performance to propose improvements on products, monetization and user experience.
- Run A/B Testing to optimize user acquisition, monetization, and user experience.
- Work with designers to produce marketing materials such as app's screenshots, icon, banner and preview video.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- At least 01 year of experience in App Marketing or other related fields.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and communication skills.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Experience in working modern marketing tools and mobile apps is a plus.
- Experience in product development and monetization is a plus.
- Result-oriented with excellent planning and organizational ability.
- Multi-task several projects to meet deadlines.
