**Job Descriptions**
- Develop budget plans and capital management strategies for the Group.
- Efficiently and effectively manage capital allocation throughout the Group.
- Engage with domestic and international funding sources and credit institutions. Prepare investment projects.
- Advise the CEO on financial matters related to ongoing Company projects. Organize financial procedures to meet management requirements for both the Parent Company and subsidiaries.
- Establish processes to control operational expenses.
- Provide regular reports to the CEO.

**Job Requirements**
- Gender: Male, Female.
- Age: 35 to 45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
- Preferably 5 years of experience as a Finance Director in various Corporations. Good connections with funding sources and credit institutions domestically and internationally.
- Strong sense of responsibility, professional, honest, and straightforward. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
- Location: Ho Chi Minh City.
