- Follow up and expedite purchaser orders to ensure parts arrive on time as scheduled.
- Arrange for pick up of parts and material under Ex-work delivery term and arrange for payment for POs.
- Check shipping documents such as Inv, PL, BL/AWB and transfer them to the logistic team for implementing the importing process.

- Prior experience in handling purchasing, managing delivery or logistic operation or merchanizer for importing material for a large number of items (1000-> 2000 material SKUs) for at least five years is critical.
- Good negotiation skills both in English and Vietnamese
- Good skills of Excel
- University, college graduation or the like is required. Supply Chain Certification is a plus.
- Prior experiences in handling purchasing for technical parts, chemicals, accessories is desirable.
- Can do attitude
- Open minded person
- Familiar with multiple tasks handling.
- Familiarity with working with ERP systems for purchasing functions.
