- Will educate RM supply chain on the value of RFT, and set goals for RFT improvement
- Will work with RM supply chain for fact based costing for all raw materials
- Direct efforts to find capacity we need and unlock any capacity constraints
- Define raw material lead-time’s and speed capabilities of RM supply base in Vietnam
- Partner with internal GreenTex team to conduct RSL and MRSL chemical audits
- Oversee new technique development for wash and graphic
- Oversee raw material performance and approval in relation to graphic, embellishment, washing formula and standards
- Support RM Strategy where new suppliers are being introduced, to ensure these new suppliers can achieve our Brand standards and lead times through repeated good RFT performance
- Leverage industry knowledge and experience to support RM manufacturing excellence and maintain a technical education of the latest techniques and methods available
- Be a positive, supportive partner, consistently demonstrating our shared values and high standard

**Qualifications**
- Must have a technical education in Textile Science to degree level
- 15+ years’ experience in lingerie/apparel RM manufacturing
- Strong understanding of raw material manufacturing process, including knitting, dyeing, finishing, printing & QA, with a strong Right First Time mentality and culture.
- Strong understanding of raw material processing cost build up.
- Prior experience working in graphic printer/laundry/dyeing house/garment factory is an advantage
- Proven management and leadership skills including developing talent and strong influencing/negotiation skills
