As a key member of the Visily team, this role reports directly to Visily’s CEO and will be responsible for providing key analyses and insights to inform business strategy.

While the types of projects our business analyst may work on vary from week to week, some potential examples include:

- Building and circulating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to inform different teams about our business
- Conducting analyses on critical business and product matters, including but not limited to:

- Adoption of newly released features
- Ideal customer profiles based on product usage, probability of conversion, etc.
- Optimal user flows to improve conversion rates
- Partnering with Finance on modeling and monitoring data around our monetization efforts
- Researching and reporting on benchmarks for core metrics, ensuring that we’re trending well relative to those benchmarks
- Developing KPIs and other metrics to help us track the things that are most critical to Visily’s success
- Partnering with Product, Engineering, and others to ensure adherence to proper data hygiene and governance

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of data analytics experience in a software company
- Superb command of written and spoken English; a significant part of this job entails communicating nuanced and complex findings in English with an international team of employees
- Mastery in Excel, Python, R, SQL, or other similar tools, as well as data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
- Ability to conduct regression analysis, statistical operations on data sets to extract
- This role reports directly to the US-based CEO, so the ability to meet 1-2 times per week during evening hours is critical.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, economics, or other quantitative fields
- Familiarity with common consumer and B2B SaaS metrics and concepts, including DAU:MAU, LTV, general retention metrics, etc.
