**INCUMBENT**:Newly created position
- Job Description_

**Overview**
**- **Responsibility and improvement activities for materials, finished product
warehouses, and leading
- Responsible for the administration and supervision of the materials
management. warehouse functions including the receipt, handling, kitting,
supplying materials to production on time and warranty match actual with AX,
FIFO, 5S

Key Responsibilities:

- Receiving material daily (input in AX and count actual quantity): 100%
- Arranging material in rack to warranty FIFO and 5S: 100%
- Kitting material for production: 100%.
- Supplying kitting material for production on time: 100%.
- Make sure the material quantity and location in AX and actual are same: 100%.
- Monthly inventory report: 100%

**Responsibility**:

- Material/F/G warehouse improvement activities thought AX ERP system
- Coordinate with Purchasing team to receive information the amount of shipment

will arrive daily
- Arrange workers to: Count, input in AX, arrange into rack, kitting material.
- Coordinate with Production planner to receive production planning to kitting and

supplying material on time
- Coordinate with Purchasing team to return exceeded quantity or receive

compensated quantity if batches are shortage.
- Coordinate with QC team & Purchasing team to manage defect materials.
- Monitor to warranty material in actual with AX system are same
- Make monthly inventory report.
- Cycle count, critical count follow Purchasing manager/buyer’s requirements

- Academic level/ Experience_
- 7+year experience warehouse management, preferably in an electronic

environment.
- ERP experience, preferable in AX system
- University graduation
- Strong analytical ability to independently comprehend inventory levels as

affected by various inputs and controls.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, ERP)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Assertive, effective expediting skills
- Self-disciplined to perform many assorted assignments within a manufacturing

factory
