We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Senior Vice President Sales Distribution, North VietnamAreas and AccountabilitiesImpact on the Business / Function- Drive and lead sales and service activities across face to face channel in the North (5 Retail Stores) to ensure the customer experience and sales opportunities are optimized.
- Increase the productivity and profitability of the Premier Center and Retail Store Network through continual improvement across the WPB Balanced scorecard criteria.
- Ensure close connection between market trends/client needs and ultimate product/channel delivery and business strategy, driving projects in response to market changes and opportunities and in line with WPB VMO strategy
- Originate and support initiatives to generate income, contain costs and bad debt, mitigate /reduce operational losses.
- Eliminate 'non value adding' activities to ensure focus on business priorities is not deflected or diluted.
- Establish market leadership to acquire new business.
- Deliver to the organization’s change management capabilities to ensure that the full benefits of change initiatives are realized

- Foster and develop a customer centric ethos, use customer insight to
- continuously enhance a seamless customer experience, increasing customer loyalty, advocacy and retention. Specifically partner with the Head of Direct
- to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Develop an expert knowledge of customer base, market trends, and competitor activities in order to influence or adjust strategic direction accordingly. Seek continuous improvement in people & process
- Manage the identification of opportunities to retain and deepen existing customer relationships and increase their profitability through a value exchange based on channel suitability
- Maintain strong communication links with key partners and stakeholder to support the effective implementation of multi-channel strategic plan
- Articulate customer needs, behavior & preferences to proposition and product teams to ensure identified customer needs are reflected in marketing and product development

Leadership & Teamwork- Take the Lead and develop a team to drive business transformation, working in close collaboration with peers
- Lead and develop an effective & efficient team across the Retail Stores and Premier Center in the North that that delivers a strong business performance with provision of superior customer service and a customer-driven approach, through communication, performance management, development plans and reward/recognition practices.
- Fosters an environment of teamwork, ensuring collaboration throughout organization and instill a multi-channel culture across the branch network
- Directs strategic goals, in conjunction with business heads / key stakeholders, to build a profitable and sustainable business where channels are complementary, not competing.
- Cultivate an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand
- As the member of management team in Hanoi, closely coordinate with cross
- function team heads to manage the daily operation.
- As a member of the Retail Banking and Wealth Management Committee, and other committees that may arise from time to time, represent the collective requirements, targets, plans and revenue of WPB, Global Cards and Consumer Assets.
- As a member of this Committee (and others as required), the role holder will also be expected to work with their fellow Committee members to support and develop the WPB Strategy, the Retail Banking strategy, Target Business Model and Target Operating Models as defined.
- As a member of this Committee and leader within the Retail Banking structure the role holder will also be required to role model the Group's values
