**Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for aProduction Supervisor($1000, ID 16725)**
- Control objectives and outcomes (via reports and controls). dividing the objectives into sectors and observing and defending the outcomes in their respective fields of endeavor;
- Research, plan, and oversee new initiatives and/or enhancements;
- Oversee human resources, including hiring, directing teams, scheduling, vacations, leaves, layoffs, and upholding discipline and order in departments, movements, etc.
- Note, examine, and finish any modifications to the equipment and/or process conditions in the workspace;
- Create and deliver operational or technical training that is centered on the production area;
- Organize the revision of job instructions and processes;
- Help with updating product formulations;
- Be in charge of the procedure, data recording, information, and reports, as well as the testing of goods and equipment;
- Plan and oversee preventative maintenance
