Customer Service Executive

**Trách nhiệm**:
- Xử lý các yêu cầu đặt chỗ trước khi trực tuyến, sau khi trực tuyến, các yêu cầu chung khác, hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề phức tạp và thay đổi/hủy đặt chỗ qua các kênh khác nhau.
- Duy trì thái độ tích cực, đồng cảm và chuyên nghiệp đối với khách hàng mọi lúc.
- Vượt qua mong đợi của khách hàng về dịch vụ khách hàng và thông tin chính xác.
- Làm việc theo nhóm để đạt được các yếu tố KPI và SLA yêu cầu.
**Yêu cầu**:
- Ngôn ngữ yêu cầu: Tiếng Việt và Tiếng Anh.
- Chương trình đào tạo đầy đủ sẽ được cung cấp cho nhân viên mới, ngay cả các bạn mới tốt nghiệp quan tâm đến việc bắt đầu sự nghiệp - Đây là dự án trong ngành hàng không.
- Đây là công việc làm việc từ xa và công ty sẽ cung cấp máy tính xách tay để làm việc.
- Kế hoạch thưởng hàng tháng hấp dẫn có thể lên tới 2 triệu (hàng tháng).
- Đây là công việc ca ngày - từ 6 giờ sáng đến 10 giờ tối (5 ngày một tuần).
- Mỗi ca làm việc bao gồm 10 giờ làm việc, bao gồm 1 giờ nghỉ giải lao.

- **Responsibilities**:
- Handling pre-online, post-online booking enquiries, other general enquiries, escalation support & booking amendment/cancellation through various channels.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

- Full Training Program will be provided for new hires even fresh graduates who are interested to start their career - This is flight industry project.
- It is work from home job that company will be provide laptop for working.
- Attractive Monthly incentive plan can go up to 2 Million (Monthly)
- This is **Day Shift Work - 6 AM to 10 PM (5 days a week)**:
- Each Shift consists of **10 working hours** included 1-hour break-time
