Strategic Finance & Compliance
- Advise management on financial performance, tax exposure, and risk control
- Build financial forecasts, budgets, and KPI dashboards
- Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese tax laws and accounting standards (VAS)
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and government bodies

Accounting Operations
- Manage accounting team and daily finance operations (invoicing, payables, receivables, payroll)
- Oversee month-end closings, P&L, balance sheets, cash flow reports
- Support international invoicing, transfer pricing, and cross-border finance issues
- Maintain clean, auditable, and professional bookkeeping & financial records

Process Improvement
- Improve internal financial controls and accounting procedures
- Support legal and procurement teams in reviewing contracts and financial terms
- Assist with preparation for fundraising, audits, or financial due diligence when needed

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Valid Chief Accountant Certificate is required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior accounting or finance position
- Solid understanding of Vietnamese tax regulations, compliance, and reporting standards
- Strong experience with accounting software and financial systems (Fast)
- Fluent in English
