***JOB OVERVIEW**

***RESPONSIBILITIES**

**- Lead architectural discussions anddecisions to build efficient and maintainable systems.

**- Ensure adherence to coding standards, bestpractices, and quality guidelines.

**- Develop and maintain server-side logic,databases, and APIs.

**- Build user-friendly front-end interfacesusing modern frameworks and libraries.

**- Collaborate with designers, productmanagers, and stakeholders to understand and implement requirements.

**- Provide mentorship and guidance to juniordevelopers, conducting code reviews and sharing knowledge.

**- Write and maintain unit, integration, andend-to-end tests.

**- Debug and resolve technical issues in atimely manner.

**- Stay updated with emerging technologies andindustry trends.

**- Propose and implement process improvementsto enhance team productivity.

***REQUIREMENTS**

***Musthave**:
**- Strong English proficiency (both writtenand spoken) to effectively communicate with global teams and stakeholders
- 5+ years of professional experience as aFull Stack Developer.

**- Relevant qualifications in ComputerScience, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields orrelevant experience.

**- Proficiency in back-end technologies suchas Node.js, Java,.Net, Python or similar.

**- Expertise in front-end technologies likeReact, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.

**- Strong understanding of database design andmanagement (SQL and NoSQL).

**- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, andmicroservices architecture.

**- Experience in Agile/Scrum developmentmethodologies.

**- Good knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CDpipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud technologies.

**- Strong expertise in system design andscalable architecture.

***Goodto have**:
**- Has experience working with AI or applyingAI in software development

**- Has experience in retail domain.

**- Experience in architecting and developingsolutions to complex and ambiguous problems.

**- Strong communication and interpersonalskills to collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels.

**- Past work experience in large softwareteams is a plus
