Location: Hanoi, Vietnam

**Functions**
- Join ongoing project near MVP deadline, integrating seamlessly into dev team.
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end devs, stakeholders for alignment.
- Lead mobile app development ensuring connectivity within system.
- Implement scalable, efficient Golang code in microservices architecture.
- Maintain high code quality, contribute to refactoring initiatives.
- Identify and implement refactoring for performance, reliability, maintainability.
- Ensure code passes QA/QC acceptance rates over 90%.
- Design robust APIs for mobile and desktop clients.
- Rapidly learn current codebase, stack, business logics.
- Demonstrate strong learning curve, adapt to project requirements, technologies.
- Display leadership potential, readiness for Lead Developer/Tech Lead role.
- Guide, mentor junior team members, contribute to technical decisions.
- Engage in knowledge sharing, contribute insights, best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's in Computer Sciences or equivalent engineering degree.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Back-End Developer focusing on microservices architecture, preferably with Golang.
- Proficient in Golang (2+ years) and knowledgeable in JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Python, or other languages.
- Proficient with code versioning tools like Git.
- Experienced in both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Postgres, MongoDB).
- Solid understanding of extensive management systems' complexities.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high code quality standards, conduct refactoring, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and rapid learning curve in understanding complex business logic and technical architectures.
- Shows leadership potential and willingness to transition into Lead Developer or Tech Lead role.
