- You will be responsible for overseeing developing and implementing strategies to optimize the weaving segment's performance and efficiency inside a multinational company.
- Setting sales targets and ensuring they are met within budget and quality standards.
- Collaborating in a networking thinking way with other departments, such as business development, production planning, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitoring production processes and identifying areas for improvement to enhance productivity and quality.
- Implementing and maintaining safety and compliance standards within the weaving segment.
- Leading and motivating the weaving segment team inside a multinational company to achieve targets and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Training and developing team members to enhance their sales skills with a focus on weaving segment.

Proficient in English, Vietnamese.
