A Field Service Representative is responsible for partnering with our Field Service Manager (FSM) and customers in assigned territory and providing them with assistance in terms of field servicing commitments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance to FSMs in terms of installation and training activities to customers.
- Accountable for the completion of assigned tasks for field servicing.
- Provide training to customers on procedures and products.
- Perform installation and maintenance of equipment as necessary.
- Completes all required reporting on a timely basis.

**Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Hi-tech major, Electrical major and relevant.
- At least 2 years of work experience in equipment installation or field sales/service support.
- Prior experience in the foodservice industry.
- Excellent planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with little direction.
- Preferably with Driver's license.
- Fluent in English is an advantage

- Develops clear, concise customer facing written service reports and other

communications free from spelling and grammatical errors, limits industry jargon and acronyms when appropriate.

- Is able to communicate who, what, when, and where in a customer service report.

Approachability
- Puts others at ease; easily engages in conversation.
- Displays consistent interest in customers' concerns.
- Communicates solutions and protocols in a way that is easily understandable while demonstrating patience.

Time Management
- Plans weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules, optimizing time to allow for unexpected events.
- Can effectively attend to a broad range of activities.
- Protects time for non-urgent, important tasks (sticks to calendar).
