**Phát triển ứng dụng**: Thiết kế, xây dựng, và tối ưu hóa các tính năng trên nền tảng Android với chất lượng cao.
**Quản lý dự án**: Theo dõi tiến độ, đảm bảo ứng dụng đáp ứng đúng yêu cầu và timeline.
**Nâng cấp công nghệ**: Nghiên cứu, áp dụng xu hướng mới và cải thiện quy trình phát triển.
**Code review mentoring**: Đảm bảo chất lượng code và thúc đẩy sự phát triển của từng thành viên.
Your skills and experience
**Kinh nghiệm kỹ thuật**:
4+ năm kinh nghiệm phát triển Android, bao gồm 1+ năm với vai trò quản lý đội nhóm.
Thành thạo Kotlin, Java, và Android SDK.
Am hiểu Unit Test, UI Test, và các nguyên tắc Clean Code.
Có kinh nghiệm với Thread, Handler, Rxjava, Coroutines, and scheduling techniques
Có kinh nghiệm với Android patterns as MVP, MVVM, Clean architecture, Android Architecture
Hiểu biết về CI/CD, Firebase (FCM / Cloud Storage / Realtime Database). Tố chất lãnh đạo:
Khả năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp, truyền động lực, và quản lý nhóm hiệu quả.
