Maintenance & Production Supervisor Làm Việc Tại Đồng Nai

**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
1. Control and supervise the machinery status; implement production and maintenance activities of the production line.

2. Supervise whole production process to achieve production productivity as well as ensuring product quality.

3. Control production process in order to minimize production loss, minimize production cost and increase productivity of machinery as well as manpower.

4. Analysis trouble shooting and make solution for machineries repairing and improving efficiency.

5. Implement cascading KPIs of department and control performance to achieve KPI’s target.

6. Control and monitor subordinates to effectively perform works and aligned with standard requirements of GMP, HACCP, ISO,

Age: From 27 years old

Education: College’s degree or higher level in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial Engineering or related fields.

**Experience**:

- At least 3 years of experience in the similar position of production and/or maintenance department.
- Experience in the Food & Beverages manufacturing industry is preferable.
- Experience in beverage canning production line is a plus.

Soft skills:

- Good management skills such as leadership skills, people management skills, coaching skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, etc.
- Good English communication skills.

Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)
