Responsibility

**Recruitment (50%)**
- Database Management: Maintain and update our talent pool database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Employer Branding: Assist in creating engaging content for recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to improve our recruitment strategies.

**Sales & Business Development (50%)**
- Client Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients to offer our recruitment services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Assist in creating compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies.

Requirement
- Proactive Learner: Eager to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and pay attention to details.

WORKING HOURS

Working Date: Remote(HCM), Monday to Friday, Flexible Saturday (US, EU clients)

Time:

- Morning: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Afternoon: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Interns must commit to at least 8 working shifts/week (morning or afternoon).
- Full-time availability is preferred.
