**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
**Dtravel** is a community-owned and governed platform for the home-sharing economy. Think of it as Airbnb with lower fees, built to benefit hosts and guests instead of a corporation that prioritizes shareholder interests above those of its community.

**Dtravel **is a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), which means that decisions to guide the network are controlled by community members. Members are people who hold the TRVL token. All revenue from Dtravel bookings is funneled back into the Community Treasury and Protection Fund, which exist for the benefit of hosts and guests.

We are looking for Senior NodeJS Developers for our Dtravel Project using Blockchain Technology.

**Responsibilities**:
As a** Senior NodeJS Developer**, you will:

- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable NodeJS code.
- Integration of data storage solutions.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Constantly learn and keep abreast of emerging technologies.
- Contribute to the software design processes including white boarding sessions, workshops, and prototyping.
- Critique software designs and architectures.
- Peer review colleagues' code and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide development task effort estimates.
- Conduct client requirements gathering and analysis.
- Review test plans.
- Follow defined development best practices including commenting and documenting code, contributing to development wikis, and using source control.

We are looking for:

- Minimum **4-year working experience **with NodeJS in real projects/ products
- Experience with one of the frameworks**:Nestjs,, Hapijs**:

- Strong experience with RESTful APIs and WebSocket APIs
- Experience working with database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, NoSQL
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
- Agile/Scrum development cycle understanding
- Must have a proactive and can-do attitude
- Self-starters with a collaborative, “can-do” attitude.
- Outgoing personality, organizing and motivating team
- Strong ownership and result orientation
- Passionate learners who aren’t afraid of new tools and technologies to build a great end-to-end customer experience.

**Desirable requirement**:

- Experience with Booking Engine Platform/ E-Commerce, CMS/CRM systems is a plus
- Technical understanding or experience with Blockchain and distributed systems
- Experienced in Digital Payment system is a plus
- Prior experience working in a start-up.
