Automotive sales with working exp. with Japan/US OEM in Vietnam
Working Loc: Capital Place, Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh - HN
This role involves managing sales process, coordinating communication between internal/external stakeholders; handling various customer activities to contribute to the overall success of the sales function.
The position will report to Head of Sales.
**Account Management**
- Responsible for customer sales forecast and planning;
- Contractual agreements & project-related documents;
- Customer engagement & escalation
**Sales excellence**
- Act as a single point of contact to internal/external stakeholders for customer-related topics
- Coordinate with functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Frontline contact to customers to obtain necessary information and resolve issues.
- Handling customer inquiries and provide support promptly and professionally.
**Reporting**: Generate and analyze sales reports, presentations on a regular basis.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in English. Japanese is a plus
- Proven experience in automotive sales ( 3-5 years of experiences)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Result oriented with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 20,000,000₫ - 25,000,000₫ per month
