**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**- Được hướng dẫn để có thể thực hiện tất cả các giai đoạn của quy trình tuyển dụng đảm bảo nguồn lực cho các khối (IT, Non IT; linh hoạt tuyển dụng các vị trí theo yêu cầu)- Tham gia xây dựng và quản lý các cơ sở dữ liệu ứng viên.- Tham gia các hoạt động phát triển thương hiệu tuyển dụng của công ty (EB)

**YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN**- Yêu thích và định hướng, mong muốn học hỏi và phát triển bản thân theo nghề tuyển dụng.- Sinh viên năm 4 theo học đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị nhân sự, Marketing, Truyền thông- Có khả năng làm việc fulltime hoặc parttime tối thiểu 80% số buổi/tuần.- Điểm trung bình tích lũy từ 3.0/4 trở lên- Tư duy sáng tạo, khả năng phân tích nội dung và truyền tải ý tưởng tốt, viết tốt- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt( nói và viết)- Năng động, hướng ngoại, chủ động, trách nhiệm.
