Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Metrology & Measurement (M&M) and Quality Management System (QMS) activities. This role is responsible for managing measurement methods and equipment across production lines, ensuring compliance with Group standards, and maintaining the effectiveness of the QMS in alignment with Michelin’s global quality approach.

Key Responsibilities

Metrology & Measurement:

- Lead the implementation and governance of the entity’s measurement policy in alignment with Group standards.
- Deploy validated Measurement and Testing Processes (PMEs) across Mixing and Tire production lines, ensuring compliance with HQRi methodology.
- Identify and analyze evolving measurement needs and integrate them into the plant’s investment planning.
- Ensure all PMEs are properly registered, qualified, and maintained, including calibration and verification processes.
- Evaluate the impact of measurement nonconformities on product quality and customer/supplier risk, and ensure corrective actions are taken and documented.
- Maintain and develop measurement competencies through training, coaching, documentation, and participation in diagnostic and improvement initiatives.

Quality Management System (QMS):

- Ensure the effective deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the QMS in accordance with Group Quality Approach and regulatory/customer requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring QMS documentation is complete, up-to-date, and accessible.
- Facilitate the identification and prioritization of improvement opportunities to feed into the plant’s annual quality progress plan.
- Ensure all processes are clearly defined with assigned process owners responsible for performance and compliance.
- Lead QMS-related training and support the development of team members under functional responsibility.
- Act as a key contributor in validating QMS practices and ensuring sustainability across the organization.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing (mechanical, electrical/electronic, rubber, or polymer industries).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and IATF 16949.
- Proficient in English (verbal & written), MS Office, Power BI, and Minitab.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
