Warehouse Supervisor

(Mức lương: 19 - 25 triệu VNĐ)
Warehouse Operations Management:

- Monitor, manage, and maintain warehouse status and storage conditions.
- Propose improvement plans to enhance warehouse efficiency (including space optimization, equipment upgrades, and safety in storage and operations)

Inventory Control & Stocktaking:

- Take full responsibility for conducting regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Coordinate with the Accounting team and other relevant departments to ensure all items are counted at least once per month.
- Review inventory data and investigate discrepancies (e.g., shortage or excess) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Goods Handling & Dispatch:

- Manage the packing, storage, and timely delivery of samples, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure a well-organized and efficient warehouse layout to optimize space and workflow.

Implementation of Systems & Standards:

- Support the development and implementation of systems, procedures, and standards that enable warehouse staff to achieve set goals and deliver good results.

Training & Staff Development:

- Train and guide warehouse staff and workers to perform their duties effectively.
- Support continuous learning and skill development within the warehouse team.

Cross-departmental Coordination:
Collaborate closely with departments such as Accounting, Procurement, and related Dept. to ensure accurate, transparent, and timely inventory management.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Diploma in Materials Management or Logistic Management.
- At least 03 years experience in Warehouse Management
- Experience in manufacturing company
- Experience in Supply Chain Management & LEAN management
- Good English in both written and verbal skills
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Good leadership and management skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
