We are seeking a proactive and committed Customer Success Executive (Japanese-speaking) to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and building strong working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

As a key member of our team, you will coordinate closely with colleagues, partners, and clients to enhance operational efficiency and deliver a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main communication point for customers, suppliers, and shipyards in Japan.
- Learn and make effective use of our internal systems and software tools.
- Participate in and support project Kick-Off Meetings and assist in monitor project progress.
- Stay up to date on relevant regulations and offer guidance to stakeholders when needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate documentation for system and database setup.
- Track and follow up on customer requests, issues, and feedback to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
- Translate presentations, manuals, and other documents from English to Japanese and vice versa.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (Maritime or Engineering qualifications are a plus).
- Minimum IELTS score of 6.0 (for non-native English speakers).
- Minimum JLPT Level N2 (for non-native Japanese speakers).
- Fluent in both English and Japanese, spoken and written (this is a must).
- Open to fresh graduates; full training will be provided.
- Prior experience in the maritime or shipping industry is an advantage but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and organized approach to work.
- Ability to adapt and perform well in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Self-motivated with a positive and proactive mindset.
- Strong time management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
