**ABOUT US**

Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. We are currently recruiting a full-time **HR Executive**. If you are interested in a new career in an international company and have exceptional English literacy, we would love to hear from you.

**WHAT YOU WILL INVOLVE**
- Maintain strong employee relations/experience & build a positive working environment.
- Serve as a warm and approachable point of contact for staff, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool to meet business needs.
- Implement new employee onboarding procedures
- Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts, administrative documents

**WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE**
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment is preferred
- Good command of English
- **A natural “people person” with a genuine interest in developing relationships and supporting others**:

- **A warm, approachable demeanor and a passion for creating a positive work environment.**:

- Acting agile, honest, responsible, self-conscious and proactive at work.

**WHAT WE OFFER YOU**
- Salary**:9,000,000 - 11,000,000 VND or negotiable experience and work performance.**:

- 1 month probation period;

Working time: Monday to Saturday. Half day off on Saturday.
