**Job description**:

- We are searching for a seasoned Senior ReactJS Developer to join our forward-thinking, innovative software team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using ReactJS concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Minimum of **5 years of experience in front
- end**development with at least **3 years working with ReactJS.**:

- Conduct performance tests, identify bottlenecks and bugs, and provide solutions to these issues.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Translate designs and wireframes into high
- quality code.
- Participate in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Understanding of ReactJS and its core principles - experience with popular ReactJS workflows (such as Flux or Redux) is essential.
- Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript. Experienced with NextJS
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in team settings.

**Prefer**
- Knowing Japanese is an advantage
- Experience working with cross-platform development projects and knowledge of cross-platform web technologies (Progressive Web Apps, React Native, Electron) is an advantage.
