**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including Dev, QA, and DevOps Participate in technical architecture discussions and contribute to solution design Write clean, maintainable code with test coverage and participate in code reviews Support Scala based modules if required (training provided if necessary)

**Yêu Cầu**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields At least 3 years of hands on experience with backend development using Golang Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system design Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB Proficiency with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines Nice to have: - Experience or familiarity with Scala is highly preferred - Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, gRPC, or similar tools - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure - Ability to read and write technical documentation in English
