**The Role**

Intrepid is currently looking for a Regional BI Reporting & Analytics Manager to be based in either Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Jakarta, Indonesia or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Reporting into the Regional Head of BI, as Regional BI Reporting & Analytics Manager you manage and motivate a team of BI analysts, oversee BI project delivery and help to accelerate our capabilities of our Business Intelligence Analyst team.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Lead and oversee multi-site team of BI analysts that will work closely with all business areas. You capture and prioritize BI requirements and deliver insights to business stakeholders
- Manage the workload and development of the Business Intelligence Analyst team
- Act as data expert to the business but also challenge business requirements where appropriate and prioritise demand based on business needs, with support from our Regional Head of BI
- Work with data engineers to design and develop reporting to support business operations and to reduce the amount of ad-hoc analysis required from yourself
- Plan & collaborate across different teams to manage technical dependencies of the Reporting & Analytics
- Ensure the effective sourcing, modelling and storage of accurate data ready to be used to provide business intelligence in different formats and outputs
- Oversee the provision of BI / reporting on all the identified KPI areas specified in the Intrepid KPI requirements document through the creation and development of BI reports in BI Tool, and support the various business teams to update and maintain their BI dashboards as required
- Establish and deliver a consistent approach to measuring metrics / KPIs across the business
- Define, embed and drive master data management approaches, principles and processes
- Establish the processes for maintaining the BI reports and upskilling the business to use them effectively

**Who we look for - the ideal profile**:

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role touching multiple BI facets: reporting & analytics, project management, automation, process improvement
- Strong data visualization skills using GDS, PowerBI, Holistics or other relevant visualization tools.
- Good working knowledge on SQL, Python, building BI models and conducting data analysis, scraping tools
- Data enthusiast thriving in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with engaging regional business stakeholders
- Ideally experience at one of the leading ecommerce marketplaces, an ecommerce enabler or similar company or industry
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce marketplace practices, platforms, tools & systems
- Strong understanding and experience in ecommerce and digital analytics. Tech / Marketing / Saas experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Enjoys BI project management and familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Strong analytical, excel and problem-solving skills, able to structure problems in excel models and processes
- Collaborative team player, culturally sensitive, fun-loving, driven and results-oriented
