Internship Program:_**_ 6 months_**

**Your Role**:
The Digital Intern will provide support in the execution of content and channel activities for company “Fertility Social Media Hub” initiative in Vietnam. This role is designed to assist in the development and management of digital assets, support social media channel operations, and contribute to campaign implementation in alignment with corporate compliance and communication standards.

**What You Should Do**:

- ** Content Support**:

- Assist in creating engaging digital content (posts, infographics, short-form videos, reels, success stories) tailored for TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and the Website Hub.
- Support content localization (Vietnamese adaptation of global/medical content into simple, patient-friendly language).
- Conduct desk research for patient education topics (e.g., IVF step-by-step guides, cost explanations, inspirational patient stories).
- Help with copywriting and ensuring alignment with medical accuracy, brand tone, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in KOL/Influencer content coordination, including drafting briefs and managing co-created content.

**2. Channel Management**:

- Support daily operation of social channels (TikTok, FB Groups, YouTube, Website Hub).
- Assist in community management - monitoring comments, responding under guidance, and flagging sensitive topics.
- Track channel performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, leads generated) and prepare weekly dashboards.
- Help in SEO/PR activities, e.g., optimizing content for search visibility and drafting press updates.
- Coordinate with agencies and partners on asset delivery and posting schedules.

**3. Campain & Project Execution**:

- Support campaign rollouts (livestreams, workshops, patient awareness days).
- Assist with multi-channel activation during key periods (e.g., Motherhood campaigns, awareness months).
- Help with content calendar planning, ensuring timely and consistent posting.

**Who you are**:

- Currently pursuing an undergraduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, healthcare, and social media trends.
- Basic skills in design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
- Familiarity with TikTok, Facebook Groups, and You Tube ecosystem.
- Good command of English and Vietnamese (for bilingual content review).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a regulated healthcare marketing environment.
