**What you’ll do**

As a Product Management Expert, you’ll drive product strategy that impacts 440,000+ customers globally while being positioned in one of the world’s most dynamic tech ecosystems. You’ll ensure customers, partners, and users get the benefits of a consistent, innovative user experience across all their touchpoints with the SAP ecosystem, while defining global roadmaps that shape product strategy affecting SAP’s business and establishing Ho Chi Minh City as a strategic product innovation hub.

Roles & Responsibilities
- ** Strategic Product Leadership**:
Define global roadmaps that shape product strategy affecting SAP’s business and collaborate with colleagues around the world to leverage Vietnam’s position in understanding emerging market needs. You’ll bridge Eastern and Western product perspectives, drive product decisions for Asia-Pacific’s diverse markets, and represent global customers in product decisions that directly impact customer satisfaction and business success.
- ** Business Transformation and Innovation**:
Drive product initiatives affecting significant revenue and lead product strategies for emerging markets while identifying and developing breakthrough product concepts. You’ll manage relationships with key technology partners, coordinate with teams across Silicon Valley, Dublin, and Bangalore, and establish innovation pipelines that solve complex customer problems through strategic product development.
- ** Executive Leadership and Collaboration**:
Present to SAP’s global leadership and board members while managing direct interaction with enterprise customers worldwide. You’ll lead cross-functional teams across continents, influence executive-level strategic planning, and establish Ho Chi Minh City as SAP’s recognized center of product innovation excellence.

- 10+ years of senior product management experience at global scale
- Enterprise software expertise with B2B SaaS platforms
- Strategic thinking with proven track record of defining successful product strategies
- P&L responsibility for products generating significant revenue
- Global leadership experience managing distributed teams across continents
- Executive communication skills for board-level presentations
- ** Technical Acumen**:

- Platform strategy experience with developer platforms and ecosystems
- Cloud architecture understanding of cloud-native product development
- Emerging technology knowledge of AI, ML, and next-generation user interfaces
- Data-driven expertise in product analytics and metrics-driven decision making
- Enterprise security understanding of enterprise-grade security requirements
- ** Market Leadership**:

- Asia-Pacific experience with understanding of regional market dynamics (preferred)
- Innovation track record with history of launching breakthrough products
