**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and ensure accuracy in reflecting business performance.
- Analyze and evaluate the financial results of portfolio companies, incorporating actual performance and relevant market factors.
- Perform valuation of the investment portfolio, ensuring fair value is properly reflected.
- Monitor financial risks and highlight potential issues for timely management attention.
- Support reporting for Investor Relation purpose and assist with the funds audit process when required.

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of FP&A experience at group level of multiple subsidiaries; prior experience as a Team Leader/Manager at a Big Four firm is a plus (preferably in Audit or Financial Due Diligence).
- Proven track record as finance business partner in budgeting, medium
- to long-term financial modeling, budget management and business finance analysis.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to create professional reports and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly present complex financial insights to senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- High level of ownership, persistence, and results-driven mindset.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify anomalies and propose solutions.
