**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Execute the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring timely and effective hiring for all Salesman and Filed Supervisor.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews; coordinate interview schedules with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.
- Handle job postings across internal channels and external job boards to support referral and recruitment campaigns.
- Prepare and update regular recruitment reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support other HR-related tasks or projects as assigned by the manager.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role; experience in mass recruitment for Sales positions is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in English and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fast learner with a result-oriented mindset.
- Able to work independently while also being an effective team player.
