Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and execute a strategic plan to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- New Business Development: Proactively identify, research, and pursue potential customers and new market segments.
- Market Intelligence: Actively gather market, competitor, and customer information to inform sales strategy.
- Sales Process: Present and represent the organization to customers, expertly handle objections, and gain a clear understanding of customer requirements.
- Quotation & Proposal: Prepare accurate, rapid cost calculations, and generate professional sales quotations and proposals.
- Order Coordination: Liaise effectively with internal teams and suppliers to monitor and check the progress of existing orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Post-Sales Support: Receive, address, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to products and services.
- Performance & Reporting: Consistently review personal sales performance against targets. Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales status and activities.
- Undertake any other related duties pertaining to sales and marketing functions.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Male/Female age 22 - 40
- Having Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Strong selling skill, interpersonal skill and strong service mind.
- Enthusiastic, initiative, be able to work under pressure & independently.
- Good command of English
- Computer literacy: word, excel, power point
- Good at presentation.
- Able to work extended hours on occasion when required.
