**Job description**:

- Provide accounting, tax, and M&A related support to Japanese companies.

[The first 1 to 2 years of work after joining the company, you will be responsible for the following tasks]
- Bookkeeping and tax filing support.
- We will provide services that match the client's needs, from bookkeeping to the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.

[After 1-2 years, you will be gradually involved in the following tasks]
- Support for annual audits.
- Overseas expansion consulting.
- M&A and corporate reorganization consulting.
- Consulting on transfer pricing taxation.
- Consulting on fund remittance between parent and subsidiary companies.

**Job requirements**:

- Japanese N3 level or above
- About 2 years of experience working in the accounting and tax consulting industry
- Any of the following certifications is plus
- CPA, CTA, Chief Accountant, etc.
