Raw Material Approval QA & Risk assessment
- Kick off fabric QA, prelim risk assessment work e.g mold trial, bonding
- Build quality guideline and meet QA DDD date
- Define and follow up the high risk (quality performance and capacity) material in season development
- New fabric process route validation and visit
- Review info accuracy and assess Risk assessment result-decision making
- DGT testing specimen review, validation of info, connecting with CFT and escalate to leaders to align decision making

Color approval work
- Color approval development work (Lab dip &Strike off)
- Color approval-production work (Solid & Print bulk)
- On site approval-Color approval

Special NEW technique handling-wash/ graphic/AOP print
- Allocation of the new technique route
- Kick off the trial
- Review, validate info (route, price and lead time) and cfm the workable options

**Qualifications**
- Must have a technical education in Textile Science to degree level or 10+ years in the têxtile field
- 10+ years’ experience in lingerie/apparel RM manufacturing
- Strong understanding of raw material manufacturing process, including knitting, dyeing, finishing, printing & QA, with a strong Right First Time mentality and culture.
- Strong understanding of raw material processing cost build up.
- Proven management and leadership skills including developing talent and strong influencing/negotiation skills
