Homebase is seeking an ambitious and skilled Full-stack Technical Lead to join our Company. You will take on a leadership role, with the autonomy and decision-making authority akin to that of a CEO for one of our product lines and take Homebase’s engineering capabilities to new heights.
- Lead a team of talented engineers by providing technical direction, mentorship, and guidance throughout the entire software development lifecycle;
- Set up and manage AWS infrastructure and ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security;
- Oversee the implementation and customization of CMS platforms;
- Serve as a Scrum master to facilitate effective sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives;
- Possess a startup mindset, high ownership, and continuously identify opportunities for growth;
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software products;
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

**Our Requirements**:

- Based in HCMC;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a top-tier university;
- 4+ years of relevant experience as a Full-stack Engineer or similar role;
- Proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies, especially ReactJS and NodeJS;
- Proven experience as a team lead or technical lead, with demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior engineers and resolve technical challenges;
- Proven experience setting up and managing AWS infrastructure, CMS platforms, website(s) end-to-end;
- Proven experience as a Scrum master or leading Agile/Scrum teams;
- Fluent in English and at least average proficiency in Vietnamese to effectively collaborate with local team members;
- Strong passion for the startup ecosystem, with an entrepreneurial spirit and an aspiring founder's mentality embodying the YC principles;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities and constantly seeking to iterate, learn, and pivot.
