**Job DescriptionAbout the Role**

**What You’ll Do**
- Design and build high-quality web apps from start to finish.
- Work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create solutions that meet business needs.
- Write clean, efficient code for both the backend and frontend.
- Review code, run tests, and keep our software quality high.
- Make our apps fast and ready to grow as we scale up.
- Help junior developers learn and grow.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tech and tools.
- Contribute to our tech plans and future direction.
- Work with DevOps to streamline deployments and scaling.
- Make sure our tech aligns with business goals.
- Improve our systems and reduce tech debt.

**Your Skills and Experience**

**What We’re Looking For**
- 5+ years of experience in fullstack development.
- Strong skills in backend development using Node.js, Express, Nest.js, or similar.
- Skilled in frontend development with React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Experience with databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Know-how with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiar with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Good at making software fast and scalable.
- Problem solver with a knack for tackling tough tech issues.
- Great communicator who can work with both tech and non-tech teams in English.
- Proven track record of delivering quality software on time.

**Bonus Points For**
- Experience with web3 technologies like EVM/Solidity.
- Experience with serverless and microservices.
- Familiar with GraphQL and real-time tech like WebSockets.
- Knowledge of web security best practices.
- Hands-on with TypeScript, Next.js, or Nuxt.js.
- Contributions to open source or tech communities.
- Familiar with Agile tools and methods (Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
- Knowledge of tech compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
- Experience with performance monitoring tools.
- Understanding of user experience and accessibility.
