**Job Requirement**:

- 2 - 4 years of experience in Performance Ads, especially on Facebook and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of metrics and tools for measuring ad effectiveness.
- Ability to manage advertising budgets from 200 to 500 million VND.
- Skilled in data analysis and ad campaign optimization.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments for optimal results.
- A passion for sports is preferred.
- Experience in retail or sportswear industries is a plus.

**About Company & Benefit**:
