MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Attend briefings and get assigned on work areas for the shift.
2. Ensure designated area is properly and regularly cleaned.
3. Report any faults or maintenance requests to the shift leader or Housekeeping Office promptly.
4. Develop knowledge of locations of outlets and other hotel facilities to direct guests if requested.
5. Perform cleaning with a minimum disturbance to guests.
6. When applicable, assists guests when working in the elevator areas.
7. Ensure toilet and tissue papers are properly stocked in the restrooms.
8. Greet all guests with an appropriate greeting and friendly smile.
9. Offer all possible assistance to guests and respond to guests’ request.
10. Keep trolley neat and adequately supplied.
11. Maintain all equipment in good working condition.
12. Keep storeroom neat and in good order.
13. Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service
14. Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures
15. Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs
16. Make pantry in order before duty off. Send rubbish to hotel designated rubbish room.
17. Hand over necessary information to next shift attendant.
18. Perform any other tasks assigned by Public Area Shift Leader and Upper Management.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
1. At least one year experience as a Public Area Attendant in upscale hotels or equivalent.
2. High School Diploma in General Education or Vocational Training Diploma in related discipline preferred.
3. Good knowledge of cleaning techniques, specialized equipment and related chemicals.
4. Willingness to work various shifts and ability to work under high pressure.
5. Good physical health.
