Key accountabilities:
1. Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues.

2. Draft legal documents including contracts, memo, and correspondence with the clients.

3. Support the legal team with advisory services, including:

- Setup and maintenance of Representative Offices, Branch of foreign entities
- Company formations and licensing procedures
- Coordination with authorities nationwide
- Provide ad hoc advisory to clients with in-depth knowledge

4. Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Managers.

- Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in relevant roles
- Good at legal research, writing skill
- Attention to detail
