- Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials.
- Acting as primary customer service contact for dealers/customers. Responding to complaints from customers and after-sale support when requested. Inform customers of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Make a quotation based on the request of sales staff and customers. Send documents and quotations to customers as requested after approval.
- Manage quotation requests and tenders by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Handle the processing of orders with accuracy and timelines.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
- Assist the sales manager in the preparation of reports and ensure timely submission.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales/Sales Admin/Sales Support.
- Excellent in communication and sales and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken & written).
- Good computer skills (MS Office—Word, Excel, PPT)
- Good administrative tasks; well-organized, independent, and problem-solving skills.
