Facing stiff competition in Singapore, ST Engineering strategically outsources talent resources and plans to establish a tech hub in Vietnam. This hub will focus on developing internal IT solutions, fostering direct collaboration with the Group IT team in Singapore.

Location: Circo co-working space - 63A Nam Ky Khoi Nghia street, Ben Thanh ward, district 1

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, configure and support and configure SAP SuccessFactors to meet stakeholder's requirements.
- Provide guidance of best practices to users and team.
- Business requirement gathering and ability to identify areas of improvement or gaps.
- Define project plan and implementation strategy.
- Conduct end user training and support.
- Documentation and development of user guide.
- Prepare project plans including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off details.
- Manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts to assigned modules.
- Develop best practice, processes, and standards.
- Design and manage data accessibility/security matrix for organization.

**Requirements**:

- At least** 3 years of experience** in configuring and supporting** SAP SuccessFactors**.
- Experience in working with Singapore companies.
- Experience in collaborating with teams across multiple locations, and working with outsourcing partners.
- Relevant industry certifications are a plus.

**Skills**
- Project Management experience in managing SuccessFactors projects, in at least 3 implementations.
- Employee Central, Performance/Goal Management (PMGM), Compensation, Succession, IDP in at least 3 implementations.
- End user requirement gathering & stakeholder management.

**Benefits**
- Type of contract: Full-Time
- Work Set-up: Hybrid
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00 (Lunch break: 12:00-13:00)
- Salary: 1,200 - 2,500 USD
