We continue to look for expansion into multiple countries as well as to diversify our property portfolios. **About the Role** As a Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of Uhomes’ expansion, driving sales through expert consultation and relationship building. Your role will be essential in converting prospects into successful bookings, with a focus on achieving targeted leasing numbers and becoming a region expert. - Basic salary from 11 million VND + Sales bonus (2 month probation period with 100% of fixed salary) - Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 or 9:00 - 18:00, Mon - Friday - Location: 4F, VIT Tower, 519 Kim Ma, Ba Dinh, Hanoi, Vietnam **Key Responsibilities** - Be the go-to expert for your designated region, understanding the local market and student housing needs. - Engage with clients to provide consultations and develop tailored housing solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Convert accommodation booking through effective client interactions and strategic marketing programs. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and drive business growth. - Plan and organize daily activities to maximize productivity and achieve sales targets. **Qualifications** - Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal. - Strong work ethics, reliable team member. - High adaptability, able to pivot quickly from strategic planning to immediate action responses. - Ability to cope with pressure in a dynamic environment, taking ownership of challenges. - A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline. - Study abroad experience is preferred **Our Advantages** - Opportunity for detailed learning about of business operations. - Room for influence and impact in a flat organizational structure. - A supportive culture, and a young dynamic team will make you feel at uHome Pay: 11,000,000₫ - 20,000,000₫ per month
