Our client is an educational institution in Southeast Asia offering students a long term learning path, who is searching for experienced talent to joint their firm
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and lead the accounting team, including setting goals and objectives, monitoring performance, and providing training and development opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other financial transactions.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and minimize risk.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, including forecasting revenue and expenses, monitoring actual performance against budget, and making recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, including evaluating investment opportunities, assessing the financial impact of proposed projects or initiatives, and identifying areas for cost savings.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.

**Benefits**:
Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or related major At least 5+ years of experience in a senior accounting role, with experience managing a team. Experience in retail chain/educational organizations is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, as well as regulatory requirements. Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
