**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Appointment booking and calendar management, schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Manage and prioritize calendars for the CEO to ensure efficient time management.
- Pipeline management, utilize CRM tools, such as HubSpot, to track and manage leads and interactions.
- Maintain and update records to ensure accurate and timely information.
